For running a tournament efficiently you need flexible tournament personal. It is much easier and much quicker to eliminate a player just in time right at the table. The Tournament-Control application for iOS runs on iPhone and iPad.

Log-In

After starting the Tournament-Control application on your iOS device, the Log-In screen will appear.

Make sure you are in the same network as your CasinoWare-Server application and the server is up and running.
The Tournament-Control is not a stand-alone application. CasinoWare-Server is required.

Enter your user name and password. Press  Login  to connect and log into CasinoWare.

Tournament List

If the login process succeeded, the list of all available tournaments will appear. This is more or less the same list like the one shown in Tournament-Floor application. The list shows the status, game & limit, title, short description, available seats, number of entries and players. If you have more than one tournament you can use the find field at the top. Just enter the name and the list will be filtered.

To see the details and get control of the tournament, just touch the tournament row.

At the bottom you will see some tabs, e.g. clock, entries, etc. Here you can switch between the sections.

Clock Tab

There are some tournament information at the top: the number of entries, available seats (green) and the active players.

The blue area shows the clock itself. Beside the "Time Remaining", there's the current level, the play time, the total time as well ass the current blinds and the next blinds.

At the bottom there's the tournament control section. Analog to the Tournament-Floor, you can change the state, change the level and pause the game.

Entries Tab

The entries' list shows all registered player, nevertheless they are still in the game or already eliminated.

An entry's row shows the name and the seating (table & seat). Depending on the tournament you will see the number of Re-Buys and Add-Ons.

If you swipe a row from right to left some buttons will appear. Here's a table showing the possible buttons which may appear in the entries' list as well as in the tables' list.

Eliminate a player. A security dilaog will pop up before the player is out.
Balance a player. The player will be moved to another table accoring to the active seating protocol.
Move a player. Select a new table and seat to move the player to.
Sit down a player to an empty seat. The player to be moved will sit down at the selected seat.
Swap a player with another player. The player to be moved will swap position with the selected seat.
Close the table. All players of the table will be moved to other seats according to the active seating protocol. A security dilaog will pop up before the player are moved.
More functions are available. Some buttons will be shown at the bottom with additional options, like assigning the final table.

Tables Tab

The tables' list shows all active player.

There's an arrow at right edge of the row. The arrow is a button allow the table to expand or to collapse. If you expand a table, you'll see the seats with their players.
Swipe from right to left to reveal the table functions. Depending on the tournament setup you'll find different additional buttons, e.g. close table.

The seat row is white and shows an icon (when occupied), the seat number and the player's name. If your tournament is a Re-Buy or Add-On game, the values will be displayed at right edge.

If you move a player from one seat to another, just seelct the  Move -button. A movement arrow at the left edge of the row signals that this player will be moved.

Now you can choose an empty or an occupied seat. Swipe from right to left and the  Sit Down -button or the  Swap -button will show up.

Movements Tab

The movements are for the overview. Here you can find all player movements sorted by date and time. The latest movement is shown at the top.

A row shows an icon, the name, the destination (seat, table, rank), the action associated with the movement and an indicator icon (eye).

Use the find field to filter the list. For instance, if you are not sure whether you moved a particular player very often, just each the player and check the number of movements.
